Platform Modules
Everything Simaizeer includes

Conversations is the essential module—the inbox every other part of Simaizeer hangs from. Around it sits a configurable AI assistant that works inside every thread and every phone call. The rest is a modular workspace for unified messaging and operational workflows—not a collection of disconnected tools. Need more than the modules listed here? The Simaizeer AI Agency team can design and deliver additional modules for your organization on demand.

Essential module On mobile

Conversations

The hub of Simaizeer. Every other module connects here—tasks, contacts, calendar, calls, and AI all start from the inbox.

Simaizeer separates how your team talks from how you serve customers—while keeping both in one workspace. Direct messages and team channels handle internal collaboration. Customer messages from your website WebChat widget and linked apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, SMS, and more) arrive in a dedicated external inbox, where your team can assign threads and reply. Instagram and Facebook Page post comments land in the same inbox—reply publicly on the post or privately in DM, run keyword Comment Automations that DM interested commenters automatically, use AI auto-reply or manual agents, hide/delete moderation, and a Show comments filter when agents want DMs only. The built-in AI assistant can respond in-thread—while staff stay in control: mute AI per conversation for DMs, and mute Instagram/Messenger comment AI separately when campaigns or humans should own comments.

  • Internal DMs & team channels for staff collaboration
  • External inbox for WebChat, social & SMS customer messages
  • Instagram & Facebook comments — public/private reply, automations, AI or manual
  • Comment Automations — keyword → public reply + private DM
  • Show comments filter, moderation, and IG/FB comment list badges
  • AI mute for DMs and comments independently on Instagram & Messenger

AI Assistant

The assistant is configured by you, not shipped as a black box. Choose the model your organization trusts, then give it real reach: import your REST APIs as tools, connect MCP servers, or build no-code tools by hand. Every use case—replying, drafting, summarizing—carries its own instructions, prompts, and list of allowed tools, so a customer-facing reply can be far stricter than an internal summary. Everything it says is grounded in your Knowledge Base, and it keeps working after the conversation ends by summarizing finished phone calls and raising the follow-up work they created.

  • OpenAI, DeepSeek & Azure OpenAI—chosen per workspace
  • Skills from API import, MCP servers, or no-code manual tools
  • Per-use-case instructions, prompts & tool policies
  • In-thread drafts, summaries & Knowledge Base answers
  • Post-call summaries and automatic follow-up tasks
  • Per-conversation and per-channel AI mute for full human control

Calls

Simaizeer does not replace your phone system—it puts memory and intelligence around it. Click a contact's number or a colleague's extension and the PBX rings your handset first, then dials the destination. Answer, hold, transfer, and hang up from the browser while the audio stays on your own PBX, so there are no new per-minute charges from us. An inbound call pops the caller's record on screen before you pick up, and every call—answered, missed, or transferred—files itself into the customer's thread. The moment you hang up, AI writes the summary and opens a follow-up task when the call created real work. Connected to 3CX today; other telephony providers can be added on demand.

  • Click-to-call contacts and colleagues' extensions
  • Answer, hold, transfer & hang up from the browser
  • Inbound screen pop with the caller already identified
  • Every call journaled into the customer's conversation
  • AI post-call summary and automatic follow-up task
  • Searchable call history, personal or workspace-wide
  • 3CX today — other providers on demand

Knowledge Base

Store organization knowledge that the AI retrieves and cites when replying—policies, FAQs, procedures, documents with supplementary images, and structured data categories the assistant can query as tools.

  • Categorized content & document attachments
  • AI-ready retrieval grounded in every reply
  • Structured data categories exposed as AI tools

Channel Connectors

Bring WebChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, and SMS into the same workspace as internal conversations—assignable and AI-assisted. Instagram and Facebook include post comments plus Comment Automations for keyword-to-DM campaigns. New connectors are added on demand.

Field Operations

Prove the visit happened. Staff check in and out from the phone, and the platform measures how far they are from the destination before accepting it—against a saved branch, an appointment, an assigned task, or a one-off place they name on the spot. Managers watch a live board of who is on site right now and a filtered history with distances in metres. Off until you switch it on, and location is read only at the moment someone taps check in or check out—never in the background.

  • Check in against saved sites, appointments, tasks, or one-off places
  • Configurable geofence radius, or advisory-only distance recording
  • Live board of who is on site, plus filterable attendance history
  • No background tracking—position is read at check-in and check-out only

Reminder Engine

Automate timely follow-through for appointments and task deadlines—without manual copy-paste. Rules sync with your calendar and tasks, personalize messages with real operational context, and deliver through email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app notifications for both customers and staff.

  • Appointment reminders for contacts & staff
  • Task due-date reminders for assignees
  • Configurable rules, timing & channel priority
  • Dedicated reminder message templates

Dashboard

Operational overview of conversations, calls, tasks, consultations, and recent activity—so you can see what needs attention without opening every module.

  • Activity snapshots
  • Module quick links
  • Range filters (7D / 30D)

Contacts

Keep people and customer records organized and connected to the conversations, calls, tasks, and appointments that reference them.

  • Contact profiles
  • Channel identifiers & phone numbers
  • Linked activity

Direct messages and channels handle internal communication. External connectors route WebChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, SMS, and other channels into a dedicated external inbox with the same assignment, reply, and AI tools—and we expand the connector library on demand.

Yes. Post comments from Instagram and Facebook Pages arrive in External Conversations alongside DMs. Agents can reply publicly on the post or privately in DM, target a specific comment, hide or delete comments where supported, and filter comment-only threads with Show comments. Comment Automations turn keywords into instant public replies plus private DMs—template or AI—so each business can run its own campaign playbook (for example comment “+” → “details sent to your DM”). Dedicated comment AI profiles remain available when no automation matches, and you can mute comment AI separately from DMs.

The AI assistant is built into conversation threads—not a separate chatbot window. It drafts replies, summarizes threads, and pulls answers from your Knowledge Base. Administrators choose the chat model (OpenAI, DeepSeek, or Azure OpenAI), build skills by importing APIs, connecting MCP servers, or creating manual no-code tools, then assign those tools to specific use cases such as reply, draft, and summary. Each use case can carry its own instructions and allowed tools, so the assistant behaves differently when replying to customers versus summarizing an internal thread. It also works after the talking stops: when a phone call ends, the assistant writes the summary into the thread and raises a follow-up task if the call created one. On Instagram and Messenger, AI mute can be set separately for DMs and comments.

Tasks can be linked to one or more conversations so follow-up work stays tied to the message thread that created it. You can also link related tasks to keep dependent work grouped.

Conversations handle messaging and quick collaboration. Consultations capture structured records—often tied to calendar events and assets—when you need repeatable fields and searchable history beyond chat.

Simaizeer lets you extend the assistant without custom application code. Import REST APIs as tools, connect MCP servers to discover and publish remote capabilities, or create manual no-code tools when you need lightweight actions. Published skills appear in the AI tool catalog and can be enabled per use case, so the assistant can call your CRM, ticketing stack, internal APIs, or MCP-backed services during live conversations.

Use cases define when and how the assistant runs—for example replying in a thread, drafting a message, or summarizing history. For each use case you can set instructions, tune prompts, choose which skills and tools are allowed, and control advanced behavior such as automatic tool invocation. That means customer-facing replies can use a stricter tool set than internal summaries, while every scenario still draws from the same Knowledge Base and model configuration.

The Reminder Engine automatically schedules and delivers reminders when calendar appointments and tasks change—so your team does not have to chase confirmations manually. Contact appointment reminders can go out by email, WhatsApp, or SMS; staff receive in-app and email alerts; task assignees get due-date reminders. Administrators configure timing rules, filters, channels, and Liquid templates from a dedicated workspace, separate from conversation quick replies.

Simaizeer is a control plane over the phone system you already own—the audio never leaves your PBX, so there are no new per-minute charges from us. Staff click a contact's number or a colleague's extension; the PBX rings their handset first, then dials the destination. From the browser they can answer, hold, transfer, and hang up, and an inbound call pops the caller's record on screen before they pick up. Every call is filed into the customer's conversation, and the moment it ends the AI assistant writes the summary and opens a follow-up task when the call created real work. Call history is searchable, personally or across the whole workspace for managers who have the permission. 3CX is supported today, and additional telephony providers can be added on demand as part of your rollout.

Yes. The platform modules on this page are the core Simaizeer workspace—but they are not the limit. The Simaizeer AI Agency team partners with clients to design and implement additional modules on demand: industry-specific workflows, custom integrations, reporting, and new operational tools inside the same login. Tell us what your organization needs, and we can scope and build it alongside your rollout.

Yes. The native iOS and Android app covers Conversations, Calendar, Tasks, Reminders, and Automations—the same workspace as the web app, with push notifications. AI mute controls and a contacts directory are on mobile too. Channel setup, Knowledge Base, assignment, call control, and deeper admin stay in the web app.

Yes. Staff open Simaizeer with the work account they already use—Continue with SSO on the web and on the phone. Administrators connect the company identity provider in Admin → Security, then turn SSO on when ready. Invite people first; email is the match. When SSO is required, passwords step aside except for a designated emergency account. Company SSO is on Advanced and Enterprise plans.

No. The app reads the phone's position at exactly two moments—when the employee taps Check in and when they tap Check out. There is no continuous tracking, no breadcrumb trail, and no background location service: on Android the app does not request background location permission at all, and on iOS it asks for “when in use” only. What gets stored is that someone arrived at a specific destination, how far from it they were, and when. Requiring GPS is a switch you control separately for mobile and the browser, the geofence can record distance without blocking anyone, check-out is never rejected for being outside the radius, and the whole module stays off until an administrator turns it on.

Four kinds of destination, each one switchable per company: a saved site from Company settings, an appointment assigned to that employee, an assigned task, or a one-off place the employee names on the spot. Any calendar event or task can carry a visit place—a saved site, or an address with a map pin and its own radius—which turns a scheduled job into a checkable-in visit that appears on the worker's Today's jobs list. The radius is configurable from 10 m to 10,000 m, defaults to 150 m, and can be overridden per site, per appointment, and per task—so a city apartment block and a 200-hectare farm can live in the same workspace.
