Common questions about Simaizeer

From unified inboxes to AI-powered replies—here's how Simaizeer helps teams work smarter.

View modules

Simaizeer is a modular workspace for organizations that need unified messaging, operational workflows, and AI-assisted customer communication. Instead of switching between chat apps, phone systems, and spreadsheets, teams work in one platform—from Conversations and the AI Assistant to Calls, Knowledge Base, Tasks, Calendar, Consultations, and the Reminder Engine.

  • Internal teams & customer-facing operations
  • Modular—use what you need, grow as you go
  • One login, one operational view

Yes. Channel Connectors bring WebChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, and other social messages into Simaizeer's external inbox—the same workspace where your team handles internal DMs and channels. Instagram and Facebook Page post comments arrive there too, with public/private reply, moderation, and a Show comments filter alongside DMs. Threads are assignable, searchable, and AI-assisted, so customer conversations never get lost in personal phones or disconnected apps. We're also expanding our social media connectors on demand.

  • WebChat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Instagram & TikTok
  • Instagram & Facebook post comment replies in the same inbox
  • Shared external inbox with assignment
  • Same reply & AI tools as internal chat

The AI Assistant is built into conversation threads—not a separate chatbot window. It drafts replies, summarizes long threads, and pulls answers from your Knowledge Base so responses stay accurate and on-brand. Your organization chooses the model (OpenAI, DeepSeek, or Azure OpenAI), creates skills by importing APIs, connecting MCP servers, or building manual no-code tools, and configures use cases with custom instructions and allowed tools for scenarios like reply, draft, and summary.

  • Model choice: OpenAI, DeepSeek & Azure OpenAI
  • Skills via API import, MCP & no-code tools
  • Per-use-case instructions & tool policies

Simaizeer links operational work end to end. Create tasks from conversations and keep them tied to the thread that started them. Schedule events on the Calendar and connect them to structured Consultation records with template-driven fields. Contacts sit at the center—linked to conversations, tasks, and appointments—so context follows the work.

  • Tasks linked to conversation threads
  • Calendar events tied to consultations
  • Contacts connected across modules

The Knowledge Base stores your organization's policies, FAQs, procedures, and categorized content in one place. When the AI Assistant replies in a conversation, it can retrieve relevant knowledge so answers reflect your rules—not generic model guesses. Tag-based organization and AI-ready retrieval keep content findable as your library grows.

  • Categorized, tag-based content
  • AI retrieval during live conversations
  • Policies, FAQs & operational procedures

Use Conversations for real-time messaging—internal collaboration, customer replies, and quick back-and-forth. Use Consultations when you need structured, repeatable records: template-driven fields, searchable history, and links to calendar events and assets. Many teams chat first, then capture the outcome in a consultation when the work needs a formal record.

  • Conversations = messaging & collaboration
  • Consultations = structured, searchable records
  • Both tied to contacts & calendar

The Reminder Engine automates the follow-through that used to live in sticky notes and manual messages. When appointments or tasks change, Simaizeer schedules personalized reminders for contacts (email, WhatsApp, SMS) and staff (in-app and email), using your real calendar and task data—not generic blast messages.

  • Syncs with calendar & task updates
  • Contact & staff appointment alerts
  • Configurable rules & templates

Yes—and without replacing the phone system you already own. Simaizeer sits on top of your PBX as a control plane: the audio stays on your own lines, so there are no new per-minute charges from us. Staff click a contact's number or a colleague's extension to dial, then answer, hold, transfer, and hang up straight from the browser. Inbound calls pop the caller's record on screen before anyone picks up, every call is journaled into the customer's conversation, and the AI assistant writes the summary and opens a follow-up task the moment the call ends. 3CX is supported today, and other telephony providers can be added on demand.

  • Click-to-call contacts and colleagues' extensions
  • Answer, hold, transfer & hang up in the browser
  • AI post-call summaries and follow-up tasks
  • 3CX today — other providers on demand

Yes. The Simaizeer AI Agency team works alongside clients to design and deliver additional modules on demand—tailored workflows, integrations, and operational tools inside the same workspace. If your organization needs capabilities beyond the standard module set, we can scope and build them with you.

  • On-demand module development
  • Same Simaizeer login & data model
  • Built for your industry & processes

Yes. Simaizeer has a native iOS and Android app so your team can run the day from the phone: Conversations (internal and customer channels), Calendar, Tasks, Reminders, and Automations—the same workspace as the web app, with push notifications for new messages. AI mute controls and a contacts directory are on mobile too. Channel setup, Knowledge Base, assignment, call control, and deeper admin stay in the web app.

  • Conversations inbox on iOS & Android
  • Calendar week view & appointments
  • Push notifications for new messages

Yes. Single sign-on lets staff open Simaizeer with the work account they already use—on the web and on the phone. Administrators connect the company identity provider in Admin → Security, test the door, then turn SSO on when the workspace is ready. People are invited first; email is how the two worlds meet. When you require SSO, passwords step aside except for a designated emergency account.

  • Same company login on web and mobile
  • Invite the team first — email is the match
  • Optional lock: require SSO, keep one emergency password

Staff on the move open the mobile app, pick where they are — a saved site, an appointment, an assigned task, or a one-off place they name on the spot — and tap Check in. Simaizeer measures the distance to that destination and can reject an arrival outside the radius, which is configurable from 10 m to 10,000 m per site, per appointment, and per task. Managers see a live board of who is on site and a history with distances in metres. It is not day-long tracking: the app reads the phone's position only at the check-in and check-out taps, requests no background location permission on Android, and asks for “when in use” only on iOS. Requiring GPS and enforcing the geofence are switches you control, and the whole module stays off until an administrator turns it on.

  • Check in against a saved site, appointment, task, or one-off place
  • Position is read at check-in and check-out only — no background tracking
  • Geofence and GPS requirements are yours to switch on or off
